Established for over twenty years, C27 media was formed off the back of creating an award-nominated e-commerce website for Mind in Croydon. Our History
2022
20 years working with MIND We celebrate two decades since the launch our first website for Mind in Croydon. We have delivered over 75 digital projects for local Mind branches since then!
2021
Introduction of newly-branded MIND website templates These are swiftly made available to all new and existing Mind clients shortly after National Mind’s rebrand launch.
2020
Preparation for new MIND branding. Behind the scenes we were busy working with LMA’s in advance of National Mind’s rebranding exercise. We would go on to be first out of the gate with several newly-branded sites.
2019
Continued Development of the WordPress Mind Theme. With more and more Mind Clients now using the WordPress platform, development of the Mind theme continues with regular updates provided free to all our Mind clients.
2018
New Support and Hosting Packages introduced. A new dedicated Mind server is established for our Local Mind websites. Recognising the growing number of new third sector clients requiring assistance with developing their digital strategies, we introduce our Hosting and Support packages. This is promoted alongside website projects to offer clients hassle-free support and maintenance solutions.
2017
The big switch to WordPress begins – and we move away from delivering Mind websites with a custom-built Content Management System (CMS). With WordPress CMS at the core, we develop a suite of custom page builder tools and implement our first Mind-branded template design.
2014
A new version of the Support Directory is developed using the latest technologies. Many enhancements are made to improve the user experience for clients and visitors.
2009
C27 Media relocates to Somerset – where we are still based today.
2008
Different charities and organisations were now approaching us for information directories to support clients and local communities. Version two of the Mental Health Directory was developed and relaunched as the Support Directory. Now more powerful, it could be branded and adapted to suit any organisation.
2006
Our first Mental Health Directory was launched for Tameside & Glossop Mind. Soon after Mind in Harrow, Mind in Croydon, Mind in Islington and Suffolk Mind commissioned directories with us. We went on to develop service directories for Age UK clients.
2003
C27 Media was formed and based in Brighton, East Sussex. Due to the success of the Mind in Croydon website were now in the process of building websites for Mind in Harrow, Mind in Islington, Camden Mind, Suffolk Mind, Kensington & Chelsea Mind to name a few…
1998
Approached to create the first Mind in Croydon website. The website was nominated for an E-Commerce award two years running.
