Mind in West Essex commissioned a comprehensive online overhaul. A key aim was to efficiently deliver information and provide a central point of communication online.
We designed and built their new website using one of our Mind-branded templates. Training was provided for the Content Management System (CMS) which is used to update the website in-house.
A Support Directory was integrated into the website to efficiently promote branch services and deliver local mental health information and downloads.
A secure intranet ‘staff room’ was then installed for volunteers and therapists to remotely access targeted internal bulletins and document downloads.
Since then we have built six satellite sites to promote and support key services. Some have been commissioned in collaboration with other local Minds and partner organisations.
C27 Media provides on-going hosting, support and maintenance tailored to meet the needs of Mind in West Essex online resources.
